My name is Raghunatha Rao Nemani born at my maternal grandfather's house a village called Kamanndoravalasa, near Sitanagaram of Bobbili District and near to Parvatripuram, Andhra Pradesh, India. My paternal grand father is from Dattivalasa, near Totapalli and Parvatipuram, AP, India. I had my elementary education at Kamanndoravalasa and Vijayanagaram, middle and high school education at Parvatipuram. I got my higher education at Srikakulam, New Delhi, Australia and USA.  Currently I am working and living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am also pursuing my PhD degree in I.T Management on part time basis. I also teach (part-time) to Master Degree students as an Adjunct Professor in my local universities in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

Now coming to Jyotish ( Astrology ), I have a love and devotion to jyotish hence I have learnt the Vedic Astrology for several years from Sri Jagannatha Center (SJC). For the past few years, I have developed much interest in the advanced branch of jyotish called Prashna Shastra, hence practicing Prashna branch of Astrology.

I have learnt the traditional Prashna Shastra principles from Gurus Sri. H. Ramadas Rao Ji, Sri Sanjay Rath Ji and Sri Visti Larsen Ji.  I have learnt Kashyapa Hora Nadi Prashna principles from Guru Sri H. Ramadas Rao Ji and his Nadi Guru Sri RG Rao Ji's books. I have learnt Pancha Pakshi Prashna principles from Guru Sri R. Dakshinamoorthi Ji.  Also, I have learnt the Krishnamurthy Paddhathi (KP) Prashna principles from Guru Sri Swami Omkar Ji. I also received "Jyotish Chaitanya" and "Jyotish Acharya" titles from Pranava Peetam (http://PranavaPeetam.org/emain.htm), Coimbatore, India.
